Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Planning and presenting lessons to facilitate students' understanding and application of mathematical concepts.
Preparing and distributing learning material such as notes, assignments, and quizzes.
Mark work, give appropriate feedback, and maintain records of pupils' progress and development.
Prepare pupils for external examinations and competitions.
Manage pupil behaviour in the classroom and on school premises, and apply appropriate and effective measures in cases of misbehaviour
Communicate with parents and carers over pupils' progress and participate in departmental meetings, parents' evenings, and organisational training events
Sourcing the resources and supplies needed for lessons
Ensuring that the classroom remains safe and conducive to learning.
Grading assignments and quizzes promptly.
Invigilating quizzes and final examinations.
Documenting and reporting on students' progress.
Attending meetings with parents and staff.
